rough idle and low oil pressure on 2011 silverado

i have a 2011 silverado 5.3 with around 150k
miles. oil pressure sits a little above 20 psi at
idle and idle very rough. oil level is fine

If the idle is very low the oil pressure would be low too. Your engine may need a tuneup or cleaning of the MAF. Is the check engine light on?

pull your oil pressure sensor and see if the screen below the sensor is starting to stop up and may need changing
