Where is the fuse located for the horn on the 1992 Cadillac allante, the alarm keeps activating and we can't turn it off

The alarm keeps going off and we can't turn it off...just got car and am going
crazy!

Use the key in the drivers door and lock twice and then unlock the car and see if that doesn't turn off the alarm......good luck.
