Hello Car Gurus!   How would I find out if the mileage on my 95' Cadillac
Seville  has been electronically changed to show less miles? I recently bought
it. Have a strange feeling about it....Anyway, Is there a main brain that stores
the real mileage? Thank you for your knowledge and time!   Kellie

Does it smoke ? Does it accelerate o.k. ? With something that old mileage ain't the biggest concern . Is the frame rotted out ? I think it's beyond most peoples' tech knowledge to change the odometer and it may be true mileage .
