P0301 okay to drive 300 miles?

Honda Odyssey 2011 started running
rough on our Thanksgiving trip to parents.
Father in law has a code reader and code
is P0301. Are we okay to drive the 300
miles home? Advice?

It depends on what is causing the P0301 (Miss fire at number 1 cylinder). As long as the the check engine light is not flashing and the code is caused by non mechanical issues such as a bad coil or spark plug driving it probably won't be an issue. If the code is caused by a mechanical fault with the valve train then engine damage could result by driving it. Is it making any ticking or knocking noises?
