Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My daughter pushed too hard in the menu button
on my 2011 GMC terrain and it stuck in. What's the
easiest way to pop it out

I would take two small flat-head screw drivers, on each side of the button, try to gently pry it up. If only 1-side of the button is stuck/recessed into the button hole, just pry into the stuck side.

Use a suction cup or something that will create a suction. First spray it with WD-40, which will not short out the electronics to lose it up a git. First put tape over the button before spraying. then remove the tape and see if a suction device will pull it out. Small hammer and light tap to a flathead screw driver? Careful not to use to large a tap. Or superglue and something to grab onto. You can cut it off with a razor later. May remain ugly, but it may work.
