98 Cadillac deville will shift into first year but will not shift to second or third. I replaced the ttc solenoid did not find the pro lem

Fluid was really low I filed up after I put pan back on

No fluid looked good still red. No pieces in it either. Found a bad harness on th e abs pump melted a lot of wires together so I replaced the hole harness and pump but still not shifting. Could the car be in pump mode due to the electrical short

Limp mode. How do I check to see if it is.

And I found that the car is actually in second year not first

Lol so I took the car to the dealership and had the pc checked and they told me the 2- 3 shift solenoid was bad so I replaced it and still not shifting. What am I missing ? Could the pressure siloniod have anything g to do with it .
