Battery drains

I have a 2000 deville, will start from a jump. Runs for a while. When I come out
in the morning it wont start.

Have you tested the alternator? You should be able to take it by most auto parts stores (checker, Auto Zone, Napa.....) and have them check the battery and alternator. If they are both good then something is still drawing enough power when the car is off to drain the battery. If thats the case then you have a new hunt on your hands.

I've got a Cadillac 1989 and I've put a new battery in the car I don't know if the kids left something on or something I don't know the reason why
