Won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 2000  Cadillac DeVille an it won't start. I
went to my fuse box under the hood and took the
cover off one of my fuse and press it while I tap
the starter it turn over but won't crank. Can some
help me fix the problem I have pleases?

Probably the starter solenoid or motor. Does it act the same without pressing on the fuse panel?
