It is a plug-in located under the dash. Some Caddy's are hard to get to but once you find it (small metal can with a electrical plug clipped to a frame member by the steering column) just pull off the connector and put in a new one. I have a '93 and it is located up towards the top of the dash cavity and I had to remove much of the dash face peices to find and replace it. Note that some models have two in the same general area - one for the hazard flasher and one for the directional lamps.
