air conditioning just stopped, ligh.ts on , no air coming out, hot ,or cold

had unit recharged in june 2015, only used 10 times, could this be a fuse issue?

No air coming out at all means the blower motor has stopped working could be a blown fuse or resistor or bad blower motor.
