Symbol of vehicle and pad lock

2011 chevy malibu LT dashboard symbol showing
of vehicle & padlock also with service ESC. Car
lights, radio etc but vehicle will  not turn on

That would seem to be the vehicle's anti-theft activating, if you still have the original transponder key it may need to be re-married to the system.

Easiest way to get it to go away is to put the two battery cords on top of each other for 5 minutes then it will reset. The black tip on top of the red cord. It worked for me like magic.
