2011 ford fusion left low beam headlight

im only getting 6v at the harness to the low beam headlight iv checked the
fuses under neath the hood and at the SJB. everthing checked out any ideas?

I've heard that Daytime Running Lights operate on a reduced voltage, could that be what's happening? Maybe you have not turned the "real" headlights on. Try different settings of the headlight switch and see if that helps.

Thats not the case. Because the right side has 12v going to it and that side works just fine!

I misunderstood when you said there was 6 volts to the harness. I was thinking the harness would power both sides the same. That's strange. Tell us what you find.
On my 2010 fusion I replaced the bulbs and light did not work . Check the fuse and all were good. I checked the plug from harness to the headlight assembly and found that it came loose. The five pin connector below the black rubber cover where you replace headlight bulbs was not clicked tight. I pushed the plug until it clicked, and headlight on that side worked.
