Head Gasket

Not losing coolant is a good sign, but it could have a head gasket leak that puts combustion gasses into the coolant, but not coolant in the combustion chamber. If it is not overheating or losing coolant I would just drive it and not worry about it unless there are other symptoms. Also coolant does not always go into the crank case when a head gasket goes South, so milky oil is NOT always present with a blown head gasket.

Thank you for your answers, actually it is not overheating, I never had the message that Engine Temperature is high, or stop the engine. It runs smoothly, but sometimes when the car sits over night, when I open the cap, I her a small hiss, as if pressure is released. In my understanding that coolant expand, and the BMW cooling system put pressure. But when the car sits over night, coolant will take it's normal volume and pressure should not be present. Should I worry about any head gasket signs that it might have a small leak? or is it normal? if combustion gases are leaving to the cooling system, the system should accumulate pressure, and the pressure could blow hoses or dono, I am just trying to think logically to know if I'm really having a problem or should I drive the car and not worry about it.
