2006 cadillac cts, got very cold and now it will not start

Asked by notamechanic29 Feb 24, 2015 at 04:44 PM about the 2006 Cadillac CTS 3.6L RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have had the battery tested, and it tested good on both voltage and CCA. It has done this same thing in the past, but I was able to get it started. this time, it will not start for anything. I had a buddy run a scanner, but didn't produce any codes, despite the check engine light being on. It turns over, and tries like hell to start, but it wont. I can smell fuel, and hear the fuel pump working. Anyone have any ideas?

Check the recalls, I think there is one for a fuel pump issue
