Question type: General

Running hot when I drive.
I stopped to check if it was the water or a
antifreeze. As soon,the knob was turned. It
all ran down to the bottom of the car.

What knob? If all the coolant runs out you have a leak don't you think?

The white container that holds the antifreeze. When I turned it. All the antifreeze shot out to the ground.

It was under pressure. It is a good thing that you were not burned. Some reservoirs are under pressure and some are not. You may need to have the cooling system serviced. New hoses, thermostat, flush, antifreeze etc. Make sure the cooling fans are working.
