Clarification needed. Car will unlock? Does that mean all 4 doors will Unlock with the key fob ...or....all doors will unlock with the unlock button on the left front door master switch?

Yes, all 4 doors will unlock by all means available, car key and master switches. The thing is it will not lock using same possibilities. In order to lock all 4 doors, I have to manually toggle the slide knobs from inside, before leaving the car.

I suspect you have a bad Body Computer. Assuming you do not have access to a Toyota Scan tool...we can only guess as to the cause of this issue. Try using your extra Key Fob to lock and unlock the doors. Hold the Key Fob next to the rear ...back...window on each side of the vehicle. See if here is a #1 25 amp Door Fuse at the Fuse and Relay box under the hood of this vehicle. See if it is blown. #2 door fuse should be at a fuse box located under the left side of the Dash...or ..behind the left kick panel. Get back with results. If the Key Fob can unlock ALL the doors from outside the vehicle...but...then will not lock them.....most likely a computer problem.

Not really. My wife slightly scratch rear bumper when backing up at the parking area in nearby supermarket. Other than that, nothing else.

OK...do you have an extra Key and FOB? See if it will lock and unlock the driver side door from about a foot away from the rear of the vehicle.

I guess I may have to start thinking in buying a new car computer since I checked all doors fuses, including # 2 door fuse from fuse box located under the left side of the Dash ans they are all good. While doing this inspection, I could hear a weak click sound like from a Relay, when pressing the lock button from driver side manual buttoms. Does anyone knows if on the immediate compartment above fuse box slots, there is a Relay that may control the doors locking function of the Car? This plastic compartment has these number engraved on front cover PP-T120+GF10<. Thanks a lot for trying to solve this issue.

Ok...further dagnosis and repair at a repair shop can get expensive. Lets make sure your key fob is not the problem. If you have an extra fob...replace the battery inside it...save the old battery...and while walking around the vehicle....see if the lock...unlock ....functions. Always do the cheapest and easiest first. Get back with results.
