Came back from vacation (6 weeks) and previously installed HID kit and fog lights are not working

Did you have this professionally installed? Take it back in to the shop.

I have 'factory oem installed HID low beams' and they quit frequently. Junk that Subaru buys from Hella.

WOW, I have a 2010 Subaru Outback, not one problem with headlights, and recently got a nice letter from Subaru saying that if I have any issues, they will fix it at no charge regardless of mileage up to 10 years....
