2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This van has a newer battery from Advanced
Auto that was installed by them less than 5
months ago. Today I left church drove to
grocery store, shopped for less than 30
minutes only to come out to a completely
dead van. No dash lights, interior lights
would not turn on manually, even the remote
lock/unlock feature lagged. Of note - after
trying to start the car I could hear
“computerized” or “electrical” sounds. Yes, I
realize that sounds a bit crazy. Also of note,
two times in the past 5 days or so when in
have started the van it sort of started odd,
meaning it took it a bit longer to start. I did
just have an inspection on the van less than
30 days ago and they indicated that I could
need a new battery because it was testing
just a little low. But since I had recently
replace style battary we opted not to put
another one in. Could this be an electrical
issue? Ignition?

UPDATED TO ADD: I was over the van yesterday, so I waited until this morning to call AAA to have it towed to my friends shop. Yesterday I could not get the doors to unlock, any lights to work, I could not even get the trunk/hatch to open. This morning the automatic side doors opened and closed, the lights worked, etc... I did not attempt to start it because I want a good diagnostic done on it, but I have a feeling if I would have tried, it would have started.
