what cause my lights flicker

the lights on my 2010 town and country flicker and the dashboard goes crazy
and sometimes cuts off

check any related fuses for tarnish on the tangs and clean them up , scan for codes even if the light ain't on . Chryslers are know for elec. shorts/problems
