Do power steering fluid need changing?

i have a used 2010 Avalon, It has 137k miles. I don't know if power steering
fluid, has ever been changed. Should this be done? If so, what: drain and fill or
flush?

Nope, power steering fluid will last the life of the vehicle. However long that might be. Hope that helps! Jim
