I have a 2010 Ford explorer xlt. The rsc went off
and the car stopped and wouldn't start again. I had
a sensor put into the 1 tire that didn't have a sensor
and it was ok. But then it did it again. This time it
was the sensor for the inside tire on the passenger
front tire but was on the outside of tire. Didn't even
get it down the street and it started again for the
drivers side. Now its unplugged but every 10 min
makes loud noise to service rsc. What is the deal?

A faulty tire pressure sensor should not cause the vehicle to not start, I believe. However, they only last about 7 to 10 years and have to be replaced because the battery goes dead. The battery is not replaceable. One of mine went bad in my 2010 f-150. Caused the tire light to go off on the dash. Since it was time to replace the tires, I had them all replaced, Saves on installation costs since the tire has to be broken off the rim anyway.
