radio code

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After replacing the battery the radio and navigation locked up and needed a
code. After retrieving the codes the navigation unlocked but radio failed to do
so. Gave ENTER ERROR 1 and after repeated attempts ENTER ERROR
2,3,4. After taking it to a dealership, retrieving codes online and talking with a
acura service rep, I am now on ENTER ERROR E. Not sure how to get the
radio working again.
