Fords are known for sticking door latch switches. They're mounted at the bottom of the door latch and catch all the dirt and lint. Then the plunger sticks and causes your interior lights to stay on because the body control module thinks your door is open. Most often it's the driver's door that's the problem because it's used most. Some people have had luck with a quick shot of WD-40 into the latch and then opening and closing the door about 15 times. If that doesn't work you'll have to replace the switch. See this post about Ford door switches. https://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.com/dome-light-stays-on/
