H3 drivers side mirror vibrates need help with problem any suggestions?

All the mirror parts have been replaced and all tires have been balanced.
But I still have the problem.

well that is pretty peculiar. when it has been replaced i don't see a reason why it should vibrate. check the alignment of different replaced body parts. http://hummer-h3.org/performance-chip/
