When driving my car feels fine , mind you it’s the 5
speed, I’ve never had a problem before washing
under the hood , and now every time it gets wet or
rains my car doesn’t want to go it acts like it wants
to die and even backfires Loud !! Again this only
happened in rainy conditions and it started after
Washington under my hood ..... please help

It's probably moisture getting into an electrical connection somewhere. Mine sometimes acts up in damp weather as well. Go through your wiring and make sure everything is tight and clean. If you're not up to that sort of project find a shop that specializes in automotive electrical repairs. It's a bit time consuming so be prepared for a significant bill, but if it solves the problem its worth it. Int he mean time, no more washing under the hood. As for rainy weather, not much you can do about that.
