Where do u add power sterling fluid to a 2010 Chevy cobalt

Yes, I'd at least call the dealer to make sure any recalls have been dealt with. They will check via your VIN (serial number) and be able to tell you. There were recalls for both ignition and the power steering unit on a lot of Cobalt models. If its not a recall issue, any reputable repair shop should be able to trouble shoot it and repair it if necessary. The good news is the car is so light it barely needs power steering so there's no safety issue if its not working properly.
