Question type: General

LIGHTS STARTED GOING ON AND OFF AFTER CAR WAS PAINTED. THEY DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY CAUSING US TO RESET THE WINDOW SWTICH. WHAT COULD BE MAKING THE LIGHTS ACT THE WAY THEY ARE, INCLUDING THE TAG LIGHT?

1 Answer

D/C a Automobile Battery these days on vehicles built over the last 10 years can cause interesting problems that only a Dealer/Factory Scan Tool can resolve. Having said that.....could you be a little more specific about the History on this vehicle. Was the entire vehicle repainted? Was the entire car then put into a Paint Booth to cure the paint? What LIGHTS are you refering to? Exterior? Interior? Warning Lights?
