Probably just the bulb. Problem is that one is not all that easy to get to..but you can sign up at: ..........http://www.toyota.com/owners/web/pages/home ...and get lots of help, owners manuals, service manuals....have the VIN# of your car ready...I don't know what it is but with my Corilla I go through so many light bulbs everywhere, brake light(s)...turn signals...more than normal, but fortunately for me never a dash light

I own a 2006 Corolla, and haven't had to replace one light yet. Also have a 1995 Corolla, had to replace the backlight for the console shifter. That wasn't a fun job.

I bet it wasn't. A fun job that is. I don't know what it is with my Corolla..bulbs just keep going out...it's not expensive, mostly not difficult, I deal with it as it happens

You have a thirteen gallon tank. Assume you are getting at least 25 miles to the gallon, simply top off when you've driven two hundred miles, and screw this imprecise measuerment. Besides we all know that you should not run the tank empty, because number one, it will suck any crud into the pickup tube and number two, fuel pumps need the fuel to keep cool and would not surprise me one bit if you came into the shop needing a new fuel pump, because you let it get dry and burn out.
