Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dose it have 1 or 2 and which one are they

1 Answer

157,535

It has 2 belts, 1 for the accessory drive (alternator, a/c, etc) and a power steering belt. The power steering belt is a stretch to fit belt that is installed using a special tool as this belt has no adjustment. The accessory drive belt has a spring loaded tensioner to keep at the correct tension while the stretch to fit belt does not.
