Audi A4 2009 automatic engine won't fully start and shift gear won't move out of park.

Hey there i have an Audi a4 2009. My mom was driving my car and it told
her to "check the oil level and turn off engine" so my mom kept driving and
than the car slowly started stopping. Than it was smoking on the left side of
the car. Now the engine does fully start but it will make a noise like its trying
to start but it needs a boost or something. But the shift gear won't move out
of park so i don't know what to do or whats wrong.
