Truck shuts off when I spin

The moment my abs/traction control kicks in
for even a split second, the entire truck will
shut off and light up the dashboard, only to
start up again and act like nothing ever
happened, until abs or tc kick in, needless to
say icy roads are not a friend, what could
cause this?

ABS and traction control are interrelated. Could be a wheel TPS sensor bad. Check connections behind each wheel. Any other idiot lights lit? Any codes?
