Why is my car jerking

My car jerks real bad when trying to take off or
when I put it in reverse it jerks and barely wanna go

your car is jerking because of your crankshaft and camshaft sensor which need to be replaced change it as soon as possible i would also change your TCM speed sensor i had the same problem.. and theirs a recall on nissan altimas 2005 and other cars for the ECM reprogramming.
