Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No heat on passenger side at all. Drivers side is
warm at best even after driving for hours on end.
Nee rad, hoses, thermostat, hoses ect. Didnt do a
heater core yet. All air was bled by the bypass
hose. Any ideas? Thank You p.s. its -4 here today
and I cant drive this like this with my kids in it.

Diverter door on Passenger side is not changing position ,,, most of the time this is the result of no vacuum actuating the actuator ... it' may be accessible from under the dash ,,, look under there with a flashlight while jiggling the control and you may see the problem
