Chrysler Town and Country Horn and wipers

So my mom bought a Chrysler Town &
country car I believe it's a 2009 or 10 the
horn keeps going off and the wipers at the
same time sometimes it stalls out and
sometimes you can still drive it while the
horn is going off when the wipers going off
as well what issue is this we've took it to the
dealership and they keep saying they fix it
but it's not fixed I need help please.

Unfortunately what you are describing is a common issue on these model vehicles. Take the van back to the dealer, their work should be warrantied. I found online that the fix for someone who had the same issue, it turned out to be a loose wire behind the radio that was causing these issues. Maybe you can let the service advisor know to look there when you drop it off again.

I've been researching this issue and some advice given to me on these models were that if the battery is low it'll cause the electrical to go haywire, relay issues, or TIPM which is quite expensive to fix. I disabled the horn in the car cause it just goes off randomly. I took out the fuses so yeah I think the next step is getting this vehicle back to the dealership. Thank you
