Check history of the car for accidents and maintience history. If it looks well kept, get it. I'd highly avoid 2012-2014 models due to the notorious transmissions issues they have. 2011 back are fairly reliable...if maintained well. That's a decent deal but I'd haggle a little more : )

Thank you for your reply. I am really confused for buying a used car. I have to travel around 1500 miles a month and my bugget is till 4000.
Never hurts to haggle further just in case you need something done like new tires, oil change, maybe adding some tinted windows or misc things to get the car to 'your' liking.
