Over heating

I got the thermasatat changed and air pocket bled  
and still over heating and doesn't get any heat don't
know what else it could be fans kick on after
running for 10 to 15 mins and then it go right to
Hot thermastat is opening don't know what else
could cause it to over heat and get no heat through
vent

Then check for compression on all cylinders and test for exhaust in coolant for blown head gasket.
