Did you do any testing before you replaced computer? Battery has a full charge and connections all good? You have voltage at the fuses, in fuse box? Any applicable trouble codes? Is the new pcm programmed? If your saying the starter motor won't crank the engine, note the diagram. It might be possible to jump the relay to see if starter motor will indeed crank the engine. Jumping the relay bypasses some of the other possible issues. That doesn't mean it will start and run. Unplug the relay, use a jumper wire between terminals 30 and 87, the starter motor should crank the engine? If you try that make sure the transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Make sure vehicle can't move. Your security system may be causing a problem? Security lamp on the dash, when you turn key on, as a bulb check, the security lamp comes on for a second or two then goes out, does it go out? If it stays on then you may have a security problem. There is relearn procedure, when you try to start, let go of key, it goes to run position, if the security lamp stays on, wait ten minutes, see if lamp goes out. If it does go out, turn off key for 5 seconds, you go through this two more times for a total of 30 minutes. Hopefully the last key cycle, the vehicle will start and run? You can use battery charger with 30 minute procedure, just in case. If you have already tried all this, then, at the moment, I don't know what else?

Thanks oilyspill!!! I have tried everthing under the sun!! Ive had the entire wiring harness under the hood and in the car up to the igntion switch and the BCM uncovered(all the factory plastic covering an wrap) an ive been testing every single connection 1 at a time BUT i was told if it was a security issue that it would display it on my radio.....however the light on the dash that locks like a padlock with a car behind it is on and it stays on....when i turn the key on it will blink twice (i think have to check as i have only been able to work on it in my spare time) and stays on!!!!! Is that the light you talking about? And if so the process you mentioned will turn it off? p.s. thank you been the first to tell me about the light...and ive talked to atleast a dozen different mechanics AND told them that light was on.....however ALL of them did want me to bring it to them saying they could (PROBABLY) figure it out.....and i myself will not take a vehicle to any shop bc i can do just about anything to a vehicle that needs to be done!!!! Again thanks and i will let you know if what you said works or not!!!!!

My 2019 won't start or power the key on checked everything battery good didn't know it had one in the trunk to they put 2 batterys in them if they have the stop and start feature changed the battery in the trunk under the carpet fixed it
