Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Was driving through an intersection that has a dip in it and
after i hit it the whole car shut off. i lost the use of the gas,
tried switching in and out of gear, then eventually it shut
down completely. It will not start! i have tried looking for a
fuel shut off switch and cannot seem to locate one. please
help as i have left it on the side of the road for the night. :-(

My car has done this three times in the last four months. The last two times was just in the last week. I brought it to a service center and no code came up on the computer. However they did find out that it is a glitch or something that connects to the battery I believe. I carry around a pliers to take the bolts off the battery connections- touch them together and boom starts right up. Sketchy as hell thats why I am looking for a new vehicle. I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu 67000 miles
