when coming to a stop the car acts like i have Jamed on the brakes, and throws you into the dash..

it is happening more and more.   Is the ABS acting up? and if so... what now,

has anyone ever felt this or seen this before?

Melted brake pads had the the problem with my car the pads melted i replaced the pads and it was fine after.
