Running the heat split between the dash and floor vents in a 2008 Yukon XL. The heat is cold on the passenger side on the floor. What is the problem? Acuator? If so whcih one? Thanks!

Running the heat split between the dash and floor vents in a 2008 Yukon XL. The heat is cold on the passenger side on the floor.  What is the problem? Actuator? If so which one?  Thanks!
