Not starting means not running. Is it cranking at all or nothing? If not starting, Start by checking battery voltage, should be 12.4 minimum, spray some quick start in the throttle body and see if starts, if it does, it's a fuel issue. Check fuel pressure. If not, check spark on spark plugs. If you got fuel pressure and spark, check compression, Any engine codes?

If it's not cranking, manually rotate engine to make sure it's not locked up. If engine rotates freeley, check battery voltage should be 12.4vdc minimum, check battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight, check for voktage at the starter solenoid signal, if voltage is present, replace starter. If no voltage present, trace back to starter relay and ignition switch
