no power other than headlights and speedometer

engine start lights dont come on only speedometer working

Mine was a fuse. Auto place had checked and said they were fine and didn’t know what was wrong. I got manual out and found correct fuse replaced it and worked fine. I think it was the PCM fuse but not sure. It was a yellow one is all I can remember.
