Have oil in #6 spark plug. Changing valve cover gasket but can't find out how to change the oil seals in the spark plug sleeves?

The spark plug seals usually come with the valve cover (cam cover) gaskets and they are installed at the underside of the cam covers.

they aren't included in the ones at the local parts store. The spark plugs appear to behind the rocker arms and cam shaft?
