Will not start after Replacement of new timing heads

Just had Timing Chain, duel Cam shaft gear

Codes say wires off... radio will not come on overhead lights, power windows all do not work. Not sure but was told if my be security lights flashing while in starting position,or could be relay swichs.. could anyone give me some suggestions. Thanks
