Has nothing to do with belt. Tank is bone dry. Your gas pump needs a good 3 gallons to get the gas to the block. But don't keep cranking and burn up starter. Leave key in on position and that turns on pump to push gas to motor. You need a little more patience in how the machine operates

I had looked in the fuel tank and the driver side is full but then when I opened to passanger side it didn't have any fuel on that side so I went to get more gas and let it cycle thru by turning the keys to the on position afew time then tried to start it. The long cranking sound still there should I replace the pump on the passenger side because I can hear the main fuel pump coming on.?
