Any suggestions on how to fix

It's leaking out of that seal any suggestions on
what I could do to fix it

That's not something that you fix. That is a huge crack in the exhaust flex pipe assembly. You will need to replace the assembly and maybe some other parts of the exhaust. Have a mechanic or muffler shop sort you out.
