From your informations there’s a chance you might have a bad fuel lever sensor. Is the fuel warming light on?

Okay, the vent tube on your fuel tank might be clogged/ or something blocking air circulation through you’re tank, or maybe something is just stuck on your tank when trying to fill-up. Have you recently pour some of these additive for fuel in your tank lately, do you remember dropping anything in your tank?
