How to fix squealing belt after replacement of serpentine belt?

Post serpentine belt replacement it now
squeals when engine idle and ac on. Ac
coolent system builds pressure and when
released air escapes first, then refrigerant at
which time ac cools again. Could it be belt
tension to loose or more probable that
tensioner on compressor bad?

You might have a bad bearing in one of the pulleys or belt tentioner might be loose or bad. Check belt tension.

AC issue is probably not related unless the bad bearing is on the AC compressor. You should not be losing refrigerant because you changed the belt.
