Car won't even attempt to turn over; battery life 100%; fuses checked; ignition recently replaced; car regularly maintained; battery cables in good shape; when attempting to turn on no clicking noise is made but lights & radio power on

I would try changing the ignition relay under the hood kinda a cheep part. Check the main fuse first should be pretty high amp. Also check the smaller fuse for that switch check the owners manual for where they are located n
