2008 DTS cranks but will not turn over

I have a 2008 DTS Caddy. My son Dylan and I replaced the fuel pump, the fuel
relay, fuel fuse, and the car still only cranks and does not turn over.
Plenty of juice in the battery and there are no codes that come up on a scan.
I would think that there would be a code if it involved injectors?
There has also been a humming sound for about a year that friends or
mechanics could figure out what it is. I read somewhere recently that a bad
fuel pump can cause a loud humming noise.

Is the fuel pump working? Normally they make a faint humming sound.
Turn the key on and listen at the tank, the pump might stop running if the fuel pressure builds up so a helper might make it easier. You can also check for fuel pressure at the fuel injection rails. There should be a small test port that is used to test fuel pressure.
cannot hear anything. it is brand new form an auto parts store. was there anything of a switch to turn on? we simply placed it into the tank.
If the fuel pump rely burned where I can see black on it and the block has burned on it, would I need to replace the fuse block even if other areas of the block are functioning? The fuel pump relay does not seem to be working the new pump I installed. The makes no sound that shows it is functioning.
My 2008 DTS done the same thing. I had to replace the black Fuse Block under the back seat. I first replaced the fuel pump relay switch & fuel fuse. There are 3 different fuse boxes on the 2008 DTS's.
where are the other two box because we have done all of the above

Maybe a new key fodder cause when the fodder isnt ableto read it doesn't allow the car to send message to engine to say on. Maybe something that simple. Has to be the original key... Caddies are very sentive can't just use a key with no chip ...
